In this masterclass Erik will present on a modern view of safety, Safety II and resilience engineering, and building resilience in healthcare. There will be group discussions in response to Erik's keynote sessions, as well as rapid fire presentations on Safety II in New Zealand practice and the management of safety and performance in non-healthcare settings.
